1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Precision Pulse ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use the Android game, and describes the role of the third-party services integrated into the App.

2. Information we process

2.1 Information you do not directly provide to us

The App does not require you to create a separate Precision Pulse account or directly submit your name, phone number, contact list, photos, camera input, microphone input, or precise GPS location to us.

2.2 Local game data

The App stores gameplay data locally on your device, including:

• coins, unlocked modes, cosmetics, power-ups, and settings;
• scores, game statistics, missions, achievements progress, and gameplay progress;
• equipped skins, trails, particle effects, themes, backgrounds, and music preferences;
• privacy-choice settings; and
• technical purchase-processing data needed to avoid duplicate coin grants.

2.3 Google Play Games and Saved Games

If you choose to sign in to Google Play Games, Google may process your Google Play Games player profile and player identifier. The App may use this information to enable leaderboards, achievements, and Saved Games cloud synchronisation.

Saved Games may contain game progress such as coins, unlocked content, settings, modes, statistics, missions, and gameplay progress. Remove Ads entitlement status is not restored from the game snapshot; purchase entitlement status is validated through the purchase system.

2.4 Purchases and entitlements

When you make or restore a purchase, Google Play Billing, RevenueCat, and related services may process purchase information such as product identifiers, transaction or order identifiers, entitlement status, app user identifiers, and purchase-validation information. The developer does not receive or store your full payment-card details.

2.5 Advertising information

If ads are available in the App, Google AdMob and its service providers may process information needed to provide, measure, prevent fraud in, and personalise or contextualise advertising. Depending on your device, consent choice, location, and service configuration, this may include device and app information, advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, ad interaction information, diagnostics, and similar technical information.

3. How information is used

Information is used to:

• provide gameplay, progression, settings, cosmetics, and virtual items;
• save and restore optional cloud progress through Google Play Games Saved Games;
• provide Google Play Games achievements and leaderboards where configured;
• process, validate, restore, and manage in-app purchases and Remove Ads entitlement;
• display contextual or personalised ads according to your privacy choice and applicable settings;
• prevent duplicate purchase grants, fraud, abuse, or manipulation; and
• maintain, improve, troubleshoot, and secure the App.

These providers act under their own terms and privacy policies. Their processing may vary by region, device, account status, consent choice, age settings, and product configuration.

5. Advertising and privacy choices

The free version of Precision Pulse may display banner and interstitial ads and may offer optional rewarded ads. At first use, where applicable, the App presents privacy choices for personalised or contextual advertising.

• Personalised ads — may use advertising-related information as permitted by your consent and provider settings;
• Contextual ads — intended to avoid behavioural personalisation by the App's advertising configuration;
• Privacy Choices — you can revisit the App's Privacy Choices area in Settings where available;
• Remove Ads — if you purchase the Remove Ads entitlement, the App disables AdMob initialisation and in-app ad display for that entitlement state.

You may also manage advertising identifiers and ad preferences through Android and Google settings, subject to the options offered by your device and Google account.

6. Legal bases for processing (EEA / UK users)

Where GDPR, UK GDPR, or similar laws apply, processing may be based on one or more of the following, depending on the feature:

• Performance of a contract — providing the App, purchases, and requested game features;
• Consent — where required for personalised advertising or optional services;
• Legitimate interests — app security, fraud prevention, reliability, debugging, and improvement; and
• Legal obligations — compliance with applicable law.

7. Data retention

• Local game data — remains on your device until you clear app storage, uninstall the App, or otherwise remove it through device controls;
• Google Play Games cloud-save data — retained by Google Play Games according to Google's policies and your account settings;
• Purchase and entitlement information — retained by Google Play and RevenueCat according to their applicable policies and legal obligations;
• Advertising information — retained by Google AdMob and related providers according to their policies.

8. Your choices and rights

8.1 Local data

You can remove local game data through Android app-storage controls or by uninstalling the App. Clearing local storage may remove local progress, settings, and locally stored game data.

8.2 Cloud-saved data

If you use Google Play Games Saved Games, cloud data is associated with your Google Play Games account and handled by Google. You may manage your Google account and Google Play Games data through Google's available account controls. Contact us if you need help identifying the applicable service.

8.3 Purchases and Remove Ads

Purchase restoration is available through the App's restore-purchase flow, subject to Google Play and RevenueCat validation. Refunds and cancellations are handled through Google Play and applicable law.

8.4 Privacy rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal data. Because third-party providers process some information directly, requests regarding Google, AdMob, or RevenueCat information may need to be directed to the relevant provider. 9. Children and families

Precision Pulse does not knowingly request children to provide personal information directly to the developer. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided personal information directly to us, contact us at [email protected].

Third-party services, advertising settings, Google Play account settings, and store age ratings may affect how the App is available and how certain features are handled. Please review the applicable platform and provider settings for your child's device and account.

10. Security

We use reasonable measures to support the security of the App. Local game data uses Android platform storage, purchases are processed through Google Play Billing, and cloud-save, advertising, and purchase-management providers operate their own security programmes.

No system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, uninterrupted availability, or recovery of locally deleted, corrupted, or unavailable cloud data.

11. International transfers

Third-party providers such as Google, AdMob, and RevenueCat may process information in countries other than your country of residence. Those providers use their own legal mechanisms and policies for international data transfers where applicable.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the App, legal requirements, providers, or privacy practices. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will identify the current version. For material changes, we may provide additional notice within the App where appropriate.
